Remote Support — easiest option first
We use Chrome Remote Desktop first (simple + reliable). If it won’t connect, we’ll switch to HelpWire or AnyDesk.
Recommended
1) Chrome Remote Desktop
Works in your browser. Great for non‑technical users.
- Open Chrome (or install it if you don’t have it).
- Click “Open Chrome Remote Desktop”.
- Choose Provide Support → Get Support.
- Share the one‑time access code with us on the phone.
Backup
2) HelpWire
Quick connect app with a very straightforward workflow.
- Click “Download HelpWire”.
- Run the download (no deep setup).
- When prompted, share the session code.
Backup
3) AnyDesk
Lightweight and fast. (Free version is intended for personal/non‑commercial use.)
- Click “Download AnyDesk”.
- Run it and read us your AnyDesk Address.
- Approve the permission prompt to begin.
Pro tip: If your computer asks “Allow” or “Grant access”, choose Allow so we can control the mouse/keyboard.
If you only want screen‑sharing, tell us and we’ll do “view only”.
